One Scan button handles receipts, supplier invoices, contracts, insurance policies, letters and more. You confirm once, and it is filed.

Where to find itDocuments / Files → Scan or the Scan entry in the + menu. Customer files, projects, contracts and properties also have a round scan button.

Step by step

  1. Click Take photo or Choose file. Use Add page for a multi-page document. Pages are combined into one PDF.
  2. Click Done – read. IDup reads the text.
  3. Check What is it?. IDup suggests a type with a confidence value: Receipt, Supplier invoice, Contract, Insurance policy, Handover protocol, Letter / correspondence, Salary certificate or Other. If it is not sure, it asks you to choose.
  4. Check the details and What does this belong to?: customer, supplier, property, unit, tenancy, project or contract.
  5. Click Confirm and file.

Where it goes

  • A receipt becomes an expense with the receipt attached. It counts against your receipt scans.
  • A supplier invoice is recorded as an open bill with its due date. A Swiss QR payment part is read for IBAN, reference and amount.
  • A contract becomes a contract with the file. Tick Already signed if it is.
  • Everything else goes into the document storage, and to the tenancy or property if you chose one.
  • A date such as Valid until creates a reminder.

Warnings and checks
