The Swiss QR bill
IDup produces invoices with a Swiss QR payment part, so your customer pays by scanning.
The Swiss QR bill replaced the old payment slips. An invoice carries a payment part with a QR code that contains the creditor, the amount and the reference, and the payer's banking app fills everything in from it.
Step by step
- Enter your own payment details once in the settings — your name and address, and your IBAN or QR-IBAN.
- If you use structured references, set the reference type there too, so each invoice gets its own reference number.
- Create the invoice as usual.
- The PDF is produced with the payment part attached, ready to send or print.
- When the payment arrives, record it against the invoice — the reference is what makes it match.
Which plans have it
The Swiss QR bill is included in the business, tax advisor and trustee plans and in all three private plans, including the free Basic one.
