Sign in once, sign out once
IDup sign-in always happens at login.idup.com with a code by e-mail, and one sign-out ends all sessions.
You sign in at one address, login.idup.com. That is true for your company workspace, for AI Studio and for the shared inbox.
Signing in
- Open the address of your company, or login.idup.com. Company addresses lead to the central sign-in page.
- Enter your e-mail address and password.
- Enter the six-digit code that arrives by e-mail.
- You land in your company, in the page you wanted.
The same page handles forgot password and the first set-up from an invitation. Public pages stay open without sign-in: the booking page, and invoices or quotes you receive as a link.
You were signed in somewhere elseIf AI Studio or the inbox asks you to sign in again, IDup takes you to the central page and brings you back after the code.
Signing out
- Select Sign out in the profile menu of IDup, in AI Studio or in the inbox.
- One sign-out ends all sessions of this browser: the company workspace, AI Studio and the inbox.
- You land on the sign-in page.

Sign-out signed by IDup
The sign-out passes from one part to the next with a signed token that is valid for 5 minutes. Without a valid token nobody can be signed out from outside.
