Set your language
IDup follows the language on your profile, and the app follows the phone — both can be changed at any time.
IDup is translated into a long list of languages. Which one you see is a property of your account, not of the browser you happen to be using, so it follows you from device to device.
Step by step
- Open your own profile from the top bar of the workspace.
- Set the language field to the one you want and save.
- The sidebar, the forms and the system e-mails you receive all switch to it — e-mails are sent in the language of the person receiving them, not the sender's.
In the app
- Open the settings area of the app.
- Choose the language. The app applies it immediately, without a restart.
Two things worth knowing
- Your customers' portal language is theirs to set, on their own contact record. Changing yours does not change theirs.
- Content you typed yourself — a customer name, an invoice line, a note — is never translated. Only the interface is.
