Your start page
The page you land on after signing in: what needs you today, key figures for your role and your own layout.
Your start page greets you by name and shows what matters for your role. A manager sees revenue and open receivables. An employee sees appointments, tasks and the time clock. A customer sees open invoices. Only what your permissions and your plan allow is shown.
The sections
- Today for you: one list of what is waiting, such as approvals, overdue invoices, support tickets, tasks that are due, follow-ups, call-backs and appointments awaiting confirmation. Select the button on a row to approve, finish or open it. Eight rows show, and Show all opens the rest. Nothing waiting shows All done.
- Key figures: four numbers for your role, each with a small trend and a comparison, for example against last month.
- My day: appointments today, time clock and team presence.
- Trends: charts such as revenue over twelve months and leads by stage.
- Platform: only for operators of the platform.
- Getting started: for a new company, with the count n of m steps done.
Make it yours
- Select Customise.
- Show or hide sections, drag them or use the arrows, and choose Large (main column) or Small (side column).
- Select Restore default to go back to the standard.
Your layout applies to you only. Administrators can use Save as company default for a role. People's own layouts win. The earlier tiles and widgets are all available as building blocks in Customise. Open the previous widget view shows the classic page.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
