There are two ways into IDup. Which one applies to you decides what you do first.

Route 1 — you start a plan

Pick the plan family that matches you: business, private, tax advisor or trustee. Each has three plans, and the private Basic plan is free.

  1. Open the pricing page of your family and compare the three plans. See Choose and change your plan.
  2. Select a plan and choose monthly or yearly billing. With yearly billing, two months are free.
  3. Every paid plan begins with a trial of 30 days. The start page shows Due today as 0.
  4. Enter your payment method on the secure payment page. You are charged only after the trial, and you can cancel before.
  5. Your workspace is set up. You sign in at login.idup.com.
  6. Work through Getting started in the sidebar. It is a checklist that knows which steps you have done.

Each plan includes 1 login. You add employees later for 29 USD per month each.

The pricing page is bindingAll prices are in USD. The private Basic plan is free and has no time limit.

Route 2 — a company invited you

If a company you work for or buy from uses IDup, it can set up a personal account for you. You get an e-mail with the subject “… has set up an IDup account for you”. The account is free and it is yours, even if you later leave that company.

  1. Open the e-mail and select Set up access. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once.
  2. On the page Set up your access, choose a password. It needs at least 10 characters, an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a digit.
  3. Repeat the password in the second box.
  4. Tick I accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
  5. Select Set up access and continue. Your access is ready. Sign in now, and you receive a six-digit code by e-mail.
The link expired? The page tells you to ask the company for a new invitation. They can resend it in one click.
