Existing customers keep their plan (grandfathering)

IDup changed its plans and prices. Customers who were already using IDup keep what they have.

What you keep

• The logins you already have, free of charge.
• The modules and functions you already use.
• Your limits, including your storage.
• Tax clients and trust clients you already manage.

Nothing is locked or deleted because the new plans are smaller.

What is new for you

• Anything above what you have today follows the current prices.
• An additional login costs 29 USD per month.
• An additional tax client or trust client is billed at the current price.

Example: your company has five logins from before. You keep all five. A sixth login is not possible until you add it for 29 USD per month.

Your invoices

Existing companies stay on invoice until they decide otherwise. You can switch to automatic card payment yourself. The first automatic charge is made on your next due date, not earlier. Your existing invoices stay valid, so nothing is charged twice.

1. Open My subscription.
2. Select Add a card.
3. Enter your card on the secure payment page.
