Set up a loyalty programme
Reward customers with points, levels and rewards, let points expire and let customers invite friends.
A loyalty programme gives customers points for what they buy. You set it up in three steps. Everything can be changed later and existing points stay untouched.
Three steps
- Collect points: how many points a customer earns for each unit of currency spent, which group takes part, and optional welcome and birthday points.
- Levels: from how many points a customer reaches the next level.
- Rewards: from how many points they can redeem, what the points are worth as a discount, and a maximum share of one invoice. You choose whether points can be redeemed in the customer portal and at the shop checkout.
Points expire
You can let unused points expire after 6 to 36 months. The oldest points expire first. Customers get a warning e-mail once a month before. You see a preview and confirm before anything expires. Nothing expires on the day you switch it on.
Invite friends
Customers share a personal link or code. The inviting customer receives points when the friend pays for the first time. You can also reward the new customer. Self-invitation is blocked, and you can set a limit per month.
In the customer portal
- Loyalty card: QR code, level, progress to the next level and a warning for points that expire soon. It can be printed.
- Invite friends: copy the link or send it by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
