Online rental agreement

IDup has two templates: Rental agreement for residential premises and Rental agreement for garages / parking spaces / special rooms. The fields are prefilled from the unit, property, tenant and rent. The tenant only signs.

Before the first agreement

An administrator opens the settings of the online rental agreement and does two things. First, upload the company default signature. It is stored encrypted and inserted into every agreement. Second, use Release for all tenants. While the release is off, you can prepare an agreement but not send it to a real tenant.

Fill in and send

1. Choose the template and click Fill in.
2. Fill in the fields on the left. The preview on the right is exactly the PDF the tenant will see. Changes are saved automatically.
3. Click Send to tenant. The tenant receives an e-mail with a link, views the agreement and signs online. Place, date and time are added automatically.
4. You are notified in the bell, by push and by e-mail when it is signed. The tenant receives the signed PDF by e-mail. PDF and verification page are filed with the lease.

After sending

• A sent version is read-only. To change it, click Create new version. The old version is kept and the link sent earlier stops working.
• A version signed by both parties is final.
• If the rent in the agreement differs from the lease, a note appears. The agreement does not change the lease; adjust the rent in the lease itself.
