Publish a listing

  1. Open the property and move it to the phase Marketing. For a vacant unit, click Market it. It creates the listing.
  2. On the tab Marketing, save the listing title and price. Add photos and a floor plan. The AI drafts the text in 30 languages from the recorded facts. Check the text before you publish.
  3. Set the status to Published. Only a published listing can be reached through its public link, which you can put on your own website.
  4. Offer Viewing slots. They appear in the calendar.

Enquiries, viewings and applications

  • Visitors send an enquiry or book a slot on the public page. The enquiry appears under Prospects and is also kept as a lead. If the e-mail already exists, that record is used.
  • The prospect gets a confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the viewing, with a link to cancel. Viewings lists all appointments.
  • For letting, applications are compared, including rent as a percentage of income. Set them to Shortlist, Approved or Declined. Your review of the documents decides.
  • Marking a property as let can create the property, unit and lease. A brochure as PDF is available.

Sell

Move the property through Sale and pick the buyer from the prospects. Sold properties appear under Sold. Removing a property asks why first (Why do you want to remove …?), so a sale is recorded as Sold and not deleted.
