The rent roll and the owner e-mail
Create the rent roll (Mieterspiegel) as PDF, Excel or CSV, send it to the owner, and import an existing list.
The rent roll lists every unit with tenant, area, rent and service charges at a key date. IDup shows a preview before you download anything.
Create it
- Choose the properties, the key date and the format: PDF, Excel or CSV.
- Choose Sorting: own order, by type or by tenant. Tick the columns and change their order with the arrows or by dragging. Tick the sections you want, such as key figures, net yield, groups with subtotals and vacant units.
- Choose the sender: company name and logo, or the full address. If address or logo is missing, a link leads to the company settings.
- Check the preview, then click Download.
Save a selection with Save selection as … and load it next time. An administrator can use one as default for everyone. In Excel the totals are formulas. For several properties you get an overall sheet and one sheet per property. The net yield needs a purchase price.
Send it to the owner
- Select exactly one property and click Send by email.
- The owner is the recipient. For your own property, your company is the owner. Add more addresses, CC or BCC, and check the subject and text. They come from a template in your recipient's language.
- Check the attachment with View, then click Send. Nothing is sent automatically.
Under Edit property → Management, an owner is a customer or contact. Several owners can share by percentage. New owner creates one. Every rent roll and mail is recorded under Tenant rolls created.
Import an existing list
On the tab Units, click Import rent roll. Choose an Excel, ODS or CSV file up to 5 MB. IDup finds the header row and columns, you check the preview, and nothing is written before you confirm. Every import has a number and can be undone with an e-mail code, as long as nothing has been built on it.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
