Goals, objectives and staff workload
Set targets that are measured against the data already in IDup.
A target nobody measures is a wish. These areas measure against what the workspace already knows.
Sales goals
Automation / workflows → Utilities → Sales goals sets a target — revenue, invoices, new customers — for a person or the company over a period, and tracks it against the real figures.
OKR
- Open Admin → OKR → OKRs and add the objectives with their key results.
- Use Check-in to update progress on a rhythm rather than at the end.
- Dashboard and Report show where things stand; Framework holds the cycle settings.
Workload
Staff workload → Overview shows how much is assigned to each person, so a target is set against capacity rather than against optimism. Settings defines how capacity is calculated.
