The Postbox is the digital letterbox for paper post. It is included from the second plan of each family.
Do not confuseThe Postbox is for letters. A mailbox is an e-mail inbox. They are two different things.
Which plans include it
- Business family: Business and Enterprise. Not in Starter.
- Tax advisor family: Team and Agency. Not in Solo.
- Trustee family: Professional and Institutional. Not in Essential.
- Private: Plus and Premium. Not in Basic.
Amounts in the business families
- 1 Postbox mailbox.
- 300 letters and documents in the middle plan.
- 450 letters and documents in the top plan.
If your plan does not include it
- The entry is not in your menu, on the web or in the app.
- Pages and app functions of the Postbox are blocked.
