Your stock is kept in one place. The online shop, the point of sale, invoices, delivery notes and goods receipts all update it. Every change is recorded with channel, document and person. Nothing is deleted.

Where to find itSales & Shop → Products & Inventory → Inventory with Stock Levels, Stock Movements and Minimum Stock.

Check and correct stock

  1. Open Inventory → Stock Levels. Filter by Below minimum or Out of stock.
  2. Press Adjust on a product. Choose Counted, Add or Remove, enter the quantity and a reason. The reason is required.
  3. Open Stock Movements to see what changed, when, and in which document.

Minimum stock

When stock falls below the minimum, you get a bell notification and a push, once for each drop. The overview can suggest what to reorder and turn it into a purchase order.

Selling at zero

By default an invoice or a delivery note is not saved when stock is not enough. For a product you can allow selling when stock is 0. Stock never goes below 0 by an adjustment.

Goods receipt and stocktake

Under Purchasing → Goods Receipt you receive ordered goods against an approved purchase order. Stock goes up and an open supplier payable is created. Nothing is paid automatically. A stocktake lets you scan or type products, count them and book the differences.

Several warehouses are available in the warehouse area. See Warehouse and inventory.
