Fleet management
Vehicles, drivers, costs and bookings in one place.
A vehicle is an asset that generates a stream of small costs. Recording them where the vehicle lives is the only way to know what it really costs.
Where to find itOperations → Fleet
Step by step
- Open Operations → Fleet → Vehicle and add each vehicle.
- Add the people who drive them under Driver.
- Record the running costs as they happen: Fuel, Maintenance, Parts, Insurances and Transactions.
- Keep Inspections and Work orders for regular service so nothing falls due unnoticed. Garage records who does the work.
- Use Bookings when a vehicle is shared, and Event for incidents.
- Work performance and Bonuses & deductions cover the driver side. Reports shows cost per vehicle. Settings holds vehicle groups.
Area missing from the menu?An administrator can show or hide areas under Operations → Show or hide areas. This only changes the menu, not your data. Areas that are not part of your plan are marked as such there.
