Step by step
- Open Real estate → Properties and record each one.
- Add Property owners, and where you work with them, Real estate agents and Business brokers.
- Record Tenants for rented property.
- Handle incoming interest as Buy requests and Rent requests.
- Use Approvals where a listing has to be signed off, and My staff for who works on what.
- Reports shows occupancy and returns; Settings holds the configuration; Dashboard gives the overview.
