Shipping recorded in the system that raised the order is shipping that can be answered for when a customer asks where it is.

Step by step
- Open Logistics → Users and Recipients to set up who ships and who receives.
- Record incoming items on the Pre alert list and in Locker packages.
- Create the Shipping entry, or use Pickup where the customer collects.
- Use Consolidated to combine several items into one shipment.
- Reports shows volume and cost; Settings holds carriers and defaults; Dashboard gives the overview.
