Step by step

  1. Open Time tracking → My time and press Clock in. You can do the same in the app with one tap.
  2. Press the break button for a break and Resume work afterwards. Press Clock out at the end.
  3. Without a connection, the app saves your entries and synchronises them later.
  4. Open My week to see target, actual time and balance. If time is missing, press Request correction. Your time changes only when a supervisor accepts, and the history keeps old and new values.
  5. Supervisors open Team. Times waiting under For approval can be approved or rejected with a reason. You cannot approve your own times.

Working time models

A model such as Full-time 42 h or Part-time 50 % sets the target. Assign it to each person with workload, start date and an opening overtime balance. Public holidays of your canton are taken over automatically and do not count towards the target.
