HR, payroll and recruitment
Staff records, contracts, attendance, salaries and hiring.
The people side of IDup is three modules that overlap deliberately, because a small company needs one of them and a larger one needs all three.
HRM — the compact version
Staff → HRM covers employees, contracts, insurance, timekeeping and payroll from one dashboard, with its own settings. It is the right choice when HR is one person's part-time job.
HR records — the structured version
- Job descriptions and the Organizational chart.
- Onboarding for arrivals and the Dismissal checklist for departures.
- HR records, Contracts, Training and Dependants.
- Questions and answers for the HR knowledge base, plus HR reports and Settings.
HR payroll
- Open Staff → HR payroll → Employees and make sure everyone is recorded.
- Bring in Attendance, then Commissions, Deductions, Bonus KPI and Insurance.
- Produce Payslips from the Payslip templates.
- Income tax holds the rates; Reports and Settings complete the area.
Recruitment
Staff → Recruitment runs hiring: campaigns, candidate profiles, interview schedules, recruitment channels and a public recruitment portal, with its own dashboard and settings.
Timesheets and leave
Staff → Timesheets & leave covers attendance, leave requests, the shift table, shift management and shift categories, with reports and settings.
Staff login
Staff → Staff login is the sign-in area for employees who are not otherwise in the workspace.
