Goals, objectives and staff workload
Set targets for sales and objectives for teams, and see whether the workload allows them.
A target nobody measures is a wish. These areas measure against what the workspace already knows.
Goals
Where to find itAutomation / Workflows → Utilities → Goals.
Goals sets a target, such as revenue, invoices or new customers, for the company or a person over a period. It tracks the target against the real figures.
OKR
Where to find itHR management → OKR.
- Open OKRs and add the objectives with their key results.
- Use Checkin to update progress on a rhythm rather than at the end.
- Dashboard and Report show where things stand. Goal framework holds the cycle settings.
Workload
Where to find itWorkload → Overview.
The overview shows how much is assigned to each person, so a target is set against capacity rather than against optimism. Settings defines how capacity is calculated.
