Fixed assets and equipment
Record assets and equipment, assign them, audit them, track value and keep warranties.
Equipment that is not recorded is equipment nobody can find and nobody depreciates. Both cost money.
Step by step
- Open Assets & equipment → Assets Management and record each item with its purchase date and price.
- Assign it to a person or a location. My Assets is what each employee has.
- Run Audits to check that the record matches reality. The QR Scanner checks items off quickly.
- Keep the value current with Depreciation and, where it applies, Appreciations.
- Read Reports for the asset register. Settings holds categories and defaults.
Business equipment
Business equipment sits beside Assets Management. It also covers licences, accessories, consumables and components, with maintenance, audits, locations and depreciation.
Warranties
Warranties → Warranty Information records what is still under warranty. Warranty Claim Informations records the claims made against it. Settings holds the defaults. Keeping warranties beside assets turns a broken machine into a claim rather than a purchase.
Equipment your customers hold
Where you give equipment to customers, the equipment portal shows each customer what they have, on the web and in the app.
Nothing is tracked — the buttons only open a message so you can tell us what was missing.
