Logistics and shipping
Record incoming items, shipments, pickups and consolidated shipments.
Shipping recorded in the system that raised the order is shipping that can be answered for when a customer asks where it is.
Where to find itOperations → Logistics
Step by step
- Open Operations → Logistics → Users and Recipient to set up who ships and who receives.
- Record incoming items on Advance notices and in Locker Packages.
- Create the shipment under Shipping, or use Pickups where the customer collects.
- Use Consolidated shipments to combine several items into one shipment.
Reports shows volume and cost. Settings holds carriers and defaults. Dashboard gives the overview.
Area missing from the menu?An administrator can show or hide areas under Operations → Show or hide areas. This only changes the menu, not your data. Areas that are not part of your plan are marked as such there.
