Step by step
- Open Operations → Workshop & repairs → Workshops and Branches to set up your locations.
- Add your Technicians and the Labour Products you charge for.
- Record each device that comes in under Devices.
- Create the repair job under Repair Jobs against it, with what is wrong and what was agreed.
- Use Inspections where a check has to be documented.
Dashboard shows what is open. Settings holds categories, intervals, holidays, prefixes, custom fields, inspection templates and permissions.

Area missing from the menu?An administrator can show or hide areas under Operations → Show or hide areas. This only changes the menu, not your data. Areas that are not part of your plan are marked as such there.
