Open items: what is owed to you and by you
Receivables and payables with their age, part payments and the dunning stop.
Open items are the invoices nobody has paid yet. Receivables are what customers owe you. Payables are what you owe suppliers.
Where to find itFinance → Accounting → Open items
Receivables
- Each open invoice shows its due date and age: not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 or over 90 days.
- It also shows the dunning level: Reminder, 1st dunning or 2nd dunning.
- Stop dunning pauses the reminders for one invoice. Resume dunning starts them again.
- Record payment books a payment. Part payments are possible, and the rest stays open.
Payables
- Receipts marked as open supplier bills appear under Payables.
- If a bill has no due date, IDup assumes 30 days from the document date.
- Click Record payment, choose the payment method and the account it was Paid from.
- A full payment settles the bill. A part payment leaves the rest open.
Each list can be exported as CSV. You cannot pay more than the open amount.
For the invoice side, see Chase an unpaid invoice.
