HR, payroll and recruitment
The employee file, HRM, HR records, payroll, recruitment and goals: where each part of the people side lives.
The people side of IDup is several areas that overlap deliberately. A small company needs one or two of them. A larger one uses all.
Employees
This is the day-to-day area: the employee file, onboarding, org chart, certificates and import. See The employee file. Employees (HR) under HRM and HR records open the same file.
HR management
- HRM is the compact version: dashboard, employees, contracts, insurance and payroll, with its own settings.
- HR records holds Job descriptions, the Org chart, Training, Contracts, Dependants, the Layoff checklist, Q&A for the HR knowledge base, HR Reports and Settings.
- Recruitment runs hiring with campaigns, candidate profiles, interview schedules, channels and a public recruitment portal.
- Staff Login is the sign-in area for employees who are not otherwise in the workspace.
- OKR holds goals, check-ins and a goal framework.
Payroll
- Open HR management → Payroll → Employees and make sure everyone is recorded.
- Bring in Attendance, then Commissions, Deductions, Bonus kpi and Insurance.
- Produce Payslips from the payslip templates.
Income taxes holds the rates. Reports and Settings complete the area.
